1. Information We Collect

• Contact Requests: Our contact form collects your first and last name, email address, optional phone number (required only if you choose SMS), selected interest, message, submission time, and your separate SMS choices and associated consent evidence. Please do not include payment information, Social Security numbers, tax documents, or other sensitive information in your message.
• Technical Information: Our hosting platform processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. The contact service uses a limited, hashed request identifier for abuse prevention and information needed to prevent duplicate submissions.
• Membership, Payments, Tools, and Referrals: These integrations are not currently connected to this website. When we make them available, account registration may require contact and account details; payments may require billing details processed by a payment provider; Deal Score may process property inputs and usage information; and a Partner Program may require referral, payout, and tax information. We will explain the applicable collection and choices before you provide that information. Do not submit payment or tax information through the contact form.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use contact information to review and respond to your request, understand your investing interests, maintain appropriate records, and protect the website from misuse. Contact requests are stored in our website database. GoHighLevel CRM and automated email or text messaging are not currently connected.

When relevant services become available, information may also be used to administer memberships, process transactions, provide account and event communications, operate and improve Deal Score, or administer referrals and commissions. Promotional communications require the applicable permission and choices described below.

3. SMS and Email Communications

Submitting a contact request or providing a phone number or email address alone does not subscribe you to SMS or marketing messages. Our form offers two separate, optional, unchecked choices: informational texts about meeting reminders and membership account/service updates, and marketing texts about special offers, discounts, and service updates. You may select either, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of sending a request. We record your choices, normalized phone number when available, exact disclosure and policy versions, source page and form, request reference, and UTC timestamp. SMS choices are stored as evidence; this website does not send automated messages or synchronize them to a messaging platform. A previous STOP is not overridden by a new contact request; documented re-opt-in and suppression checks are required before any future delivery.

If you subscribe to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link provided in those emails or contact us at reia@rockrei.com. If you enroll in a text messaging program, you can reply STOP or otherwise reasonably communicate your request to revoke consent. We will honor applicable opt-out and consent-revocation requests within the time required by law. A limited confirmation of your opt-out may be sent where permitted. We do not treat an SMS opt-out as permission to continue transactional texts.

Necessary non-promotional email responses to your requests or future account communications are distinct from marketing email subscriptions. No automated messaging program is activated by the current contact form.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers. We share information only as needed with service providers that host, secure, and operate this website, or as required by law, legal process, or protection of legitimate rights and safety. When additional services are enabled, relevant providers may process information needed for functions such as payments, account management, or communications under applicable arrangements.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The hosting platform may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for website delivery, authentication, security, and session operation. We have not added advertising pixels, analytics tracking, or affiliate-referral tracking to the current website. If we introduce optional analytics, referral cookies, or other tracking, we will describe their purposes and provide applicable choices before using them.

6. Security, Retention, and Your Choices

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, operate the relevant service, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We do not retain information indefinitely merely because it was collected.
