2. Membership, Billing, and Cancellations

• Subscription Terms: Memberships are billed on an ongoing, recurring basis (annually or monthly, depending on your selected plan). By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your method of payment automatically upon renewal.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time through your member dashboard. Cancellations must be completed prior to your next billing cycle to avoid future charges. We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used membership periods.
• Revocation of Membership: We reserve the right to revoke membership access, without refund, for individuals who violate our community code of conduct, engage in unethical business practices, or disrupt our events.

3. Code of Conduct and Networking

• Professional Behavior: Members and guests are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all local meetings, property tours, and online forums.
• Vendor Directory and Member Pitches: The association provides a platform for networking and deal-sharing but does not endorse, vet, or guarantee the performance of any contractor, lender, vendor, or member pitching a property. Any contracts or agreements made between members are strictly between those private parties. The association holds no liability for disputes arising from member-to-member transactions.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content on this website, including but not limited to the Deal Score tool, educational videos, training materials, logos, and market insight reports, is the exclusive property of the association and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Restrictions on Use: Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for personal investment businesses. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share our proprietary tools or educational materials without explicit written consent.

5. Partner Program (Affiliates)

Participation in our revenue share Partner Program is subject to a separate set of Partner Program Terms & Conditions, which require an active membership and adherence to strict promotional guidelines in compliance with FTC regulations and state laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
